If you are having an important dinner party, don't stress about the mess or doing the dishes, let me completely cater and serve your event.


Menus are personally tailored for you or you can leave up to me. Whether it be your birthday and you would like a degustation menu for you and your partner or a party for larger numbers, whatever the job as long as you have the space we can serve it.


The first step after getting in touch is filling out a small questionnaire and from this I will create the perfect menu for your occasion with you



Prices are as followed:

$99 per person for 3 course menu.

$169 per person 6 course degustation – Most popular option

$210 per person 7 course grand degustation

$250 per person 12 course feast - small plates of spectacular flavours carefully created for when you really want to impress. Includes canapes and finishes with a cheeseboard.


Try my special Kiwiana menu, celebrating amazing New Zealand Produce and classic dishes recreated and moderised. Perfect for visitors or entertaining clients. 5 Courses $139pp. Please enquire for more details.

Romantic dinner for 2? You can now hire me for a 2 person, intimate dinner for only $450 for 4 courses.


$10 per person for canapes pre meal (2 canapes per person)

Matching wines can be discussed


$10 pp for cheeseboard instead of dessert – The cheeses used are personally picked by the chef and include some of the best cheeses from NZ and around the World.


There is no travel costs involved for anywhere in Auckland

Cured Salmon, Avocado Mousse, Pickled Cucumber, Herb Oil, Crostini


2nd Course

Textured Waldorf with Poached Pears, Caramelised Walnuts, Blue Cheese Mousse, Grape Salsa, Watercress and Lemon Dressing


3rd Course

Prawn Tortellini with Seafood Bisque and a Capsicum Salsa


4th Course

Seared Lamb Rump and Pressed Lamb Shoulder with Baby Onions, Artichokes and Lamb Jus


5th Course

Smashed Pavlova with Mango and Passionfruit sauce, Berry Coulis, Anglaise and Freeze Dried Fruits



A 10% deposit is required to book a date and secure it for you.

Payment is made 7 days in advance.

A minimum spend of $600 applies. (exception can be made for the dinner for 2 deal)

Crockery is built into the price.

If Matching wines are selected then Glasses are also included in that price.

Host is responsible for table decoration.
