Beef and Lamb Award

I am pleased to annouce that myself and my hotel where I am head chef Auckland's Waitakere Estate have been awarded with the 2012 excellence in Beef and Lamb award! The judges were impressed by pur dishes which was Seared 60 day aged eye fillet with oxtail just, roast rosemary and garlic gourmet potatoes and a sage stuffed confit onion with native watercress. However the standout dish for them was the loin of lamb with braised baby leeks, lamb should spring roll, lamb sweetbreads and pea and mint gnocci.
