Menus are personally tailored for you or you can leave up to me. Whether it be your birthday and you would like a degustation menu for you and your partner or a party for larger numbers, whatever the job as long as you have the space, we can serve it.

The first step after getting in touch is filling out a small questionnaire. From this, I will create the perfect menu for your special occasion with you.

1st Course
Citrus Cured Ora King Salmon Tartare, Pickled Cucumber, Burnt Onion, Coconut Yoghurt, Avocado Mousse, Black Garlic, Basil Oil + Rye Bread

2nd Course

Smoked duck, fig chutney, goats cheese beignet, almond, honey

3rd Course
Seared prawns, cauliflower puree, raisin burnt butter, brioche crostini and crispy capers

4th Course
Watermelon, mint and vinocotto refresher

5th Course

Venison, baked carraway cabbage, kumara fondant, rosemary jus and chestnut vinaigrette

6th Course

Chocolate and blueberry brownie, hazelnut mousse, dark chocolate and dulce de leche ganache and white chocolate and raspberry pannacotta


  • A 10% deposit is required to book a date and secure it for you
  • Final payment to be made 7 days prior to the event
